Prayer of protection

To the creator of all things
Father, saviour, teacher and friend
You who have given us life
I pray for your divine coverage of my life and my family’s life
I pray that a hedge of supernatural covering will be with us always
That your light will be with us
And that your sword will always be there to defend us
I pray that as we face threats and evildoers that no harm shall come to us
That as we move from day to day we will be guarded
Protect us as we go through this life.
